David Aveline is a physicist, and he works for CAL, the Cold Atom Laboratory. When you hear what they do, you won't believe it. It involves atoms, the International Space Station, and very cold temperatures. We share some Citrus Wheat Ale from Angel City Brewing, and he tells me how all of this fascinating science works.
